Come winter and many people have winter blues, but this is the industrial age and many industries have winter blues as well. Especially if you are a manufacturing unit in the Argentina region better be prepared to face a black out this winter. The reasons are genuine though - that home users need energy for keeping themselves warm so industry can wait in the meantime. Wish you luck !
