Executive blasts pricing system in energy sector

Speaking during a meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) Chief Executive José Sergio Gabrielli demanded changes in the price system used in Argentina. He said nergy prices are hampering investment in the sector.

Latin American countries sign energy accord
