Severe Flooding

Heavy rains are causing significant floods in Salta Province, in the northeast of Argentina, leaving a swath of destruction and material losses.

According to official paper Salta Libre, 5,000 people were evacuated and the situation keeps getting worse due to the fact that roads are not in good conditions so emergency humanitarian aid can not get there.
