Russian Oil and Gas Company have signed a consulting agreement to help with planned gran Gasoducto del Sure pipeline. Gazprom is being used for technical support and using their expertise to assist Gazprom. They are trying to absorb the expertise for not only domestic management but for inernational expertise as well.
