Argentine Planning Minister appeals to stop Monopoly

Planning Minister Julio de Vido said on an report on Bloomberg that the his country would appeal last week's ruling which have blocked the government's efforts to force Telecom Italia's share in Telefoniaca SA, the company that controls Telecom Argentina.
The minister said the Telecom Italia's share on Telefonica would bring Argentina's telecommunications systems under a monopoly.
